Sayaka is a reasonably culturally aware teenager from a short bit into the future. She won't know most canons, but big ones (major movies, for example, or some really notable shonen anime, as well as a few other things) are likely to have been on her radar (then again, she is from a future alternate world, it's easy for her not to know if you don't want her to).

So! Can Sayaka:
a) recognize that your character is fictional?
b) say something to them about it?

Yes! Feel free to fourth-wall cannotbelieve (part of the community's magical girl alliance, and also, culturally, a yuri fandom icon -- the latter of which she isn't pleased about), 100thbrokendish (another magical girl, but pleaser don't publicly reveal her or Nagisa's identities), ifbymyhands (a haremette from an eroge well-known for making you cry many, many times), and, if it would be plausible for her, diamondmarked and carryarifle (who are both from American fandoms).

Retasu's the only one without any canonmates; if the canonmates of the others decide not to be fourth-walled, don't fourth-wall them either, if just for consistency's sake.
